With the large upsizing of blast furnaces, ordinary fireclay can’t meet the production requirement of large size blast furnaces, therefore low porosity fireclay is developed. Low porosity fireclay bricks have better high temperature volume stability, lower creep rate and better abrasion resistance. The raw materials of low porosity fireclay bricks for sale are flint clay aggregate, soft clay binder, auxiliary materaisl(kyanite, sillimanite, andalusite), additives and so on. After rational grading, raw materials of low porosity fireclay bricks are fully mixed, then molded into shapes by high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The raw materials used for low porosity fireclay refractory brick production have dense structure, high purity and low impurity.
